Owner designed and build house, combining two styles of design - cottage and redbrick modern.

The owners wanted steel, energy efficient, contemporary design, flexibility of design, large glazed areas and architectural finishes for the contemporary and living areas. Hearing and knowing Joost Bakker and TPS, settled on the Forster Unico Thermally Broken Steel Framing System.

The final layout was a collaboration of the owner, the window fabricator and TPS. Windows were fabricated and installed by H&A Greenhouses (an authorised TPS Fabricator). The windows were finished in black powder-coat and glazed with Viridian Lightbridge.

Completed in 2019.
